AgroStar - Lead - Operational Excellence

- Track and monitor operational performance metrics, proactively addressing any deviations from set targets.

- Analyze current operational processes and performance & recommend solutions for improvement.

- Oversee and optimize the entire delivery operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and last mile delivery, to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of products.

- Implement strategies to enhance the last mile customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Drive programs to reduce the delivery TAT & ensure the fastest delivery as per industry standards.

- Collaborate with Sales & Revenue teams to develop and deliver long-term operational plans.

- Play a strategic role in identifying and leveraging strategic partnerships.

- Utilize excellent analytical skills to analyze operational data and generate insightful reports to drive data-backed decision-making and process improvements.

- Lead the cost optimization projects under the Fulfilment Cost including Warehousing & Logistics.

- Responsible for the inventory management across warehouses including cycle count, inventory audits.

- Create a culture that is built on continuous learning, innovation and improvement to ensure operational excellence.
