The Head - Human Capital will be responsible for Centers of Excellence in the Human Resource department ; HRIS, Organizational Development, Compliance and Corporate HR.   The Head of HR will direct, plan, develop, establish, implement and administer the personnel and human resources management function in accordance with objectives of organization. Develop and lead an innovative HR function. Provide HR vision and progressive human resources strategies to continue to build capacity within the HR function, develop a strong talent pipeline, and maximize organizational development and performance.  This individual will work very closely with the CEO to develop a long term and sustainable people strategy.   Essential job functions:   - Employee Relations: Build healthy and productive employee/employer relationships. Ensure policies are fairly and consistently administered.  - Organizational Development: Align individual, team and leadership goals with organizational needs and business priorities to drive a culture of high performance. Counsel and guide business leadership to achieve a complete set of integrated people strategies. Conduct organizational assessments. Provide insight on managerial and team effectiveness. Influence and participate in the creation of systems, processes and solutions used to enhance business strategy development, project management and organization redesign.   - Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives. Identify appropriate processes for managing cultural transformation and change. Catalyze and guide employees through this transformation, and build commitment to the change processes. Facilitate discussions about core values, as new behaviors are identified, to help improve the organization's competitiveness. Identify problems and proactively work to resolve the same  - Talent Management: Lead the succession planning process for client-group, providing insight into employee capabilities, appropriate next moves and ongoing succession opportunities. Staffs open positions.   - Employee and Management Development: Champion employee and management development through training, education, and the implementation of and follow-through with the performance management and employee development processes. Develop and implement employee development plans and associated training programs. Provide confidential counsel to business leaders on their role and development.   - Culture and Employee Communications: Counsel and support senior management on culture, HR-related issues, opportunities and organizational effectiveness. Drive culture and employee communications initiatives. Assist in creating systems that ensure employees receive all relevant information about their jobs, the organization and the company and its initiatives.   Qualifications:  Minimum Qualifications:  - Ten years + of experience in managing Human Resources function and five (5)+ years in a senior leadership role managing an entire range of HR Functions  - Master degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or acceptable equivalent; advanced degree   - Experience should encompass all areas of human resources, including: expertise in HR consulting, employee relations, organizational development, employment law, talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation administration and performance management; experience with multi-national company, FMCG, retail industry, services industry desired.  - Demonstrated skill in culture development, facilitation, change management and process improvement, including a proven ability to analyze business needs, assess insights and provide recommendations  - High Level is enthusiasm and great people skills a must.
