Responsibilities

- Empathise well with users to understand users problems/ pain areas, ask the right set of questions to resolve customer difficulties.

- You will collaborate with UX, tech and product managers to solve for customer issues

- As a part of building the solution, you will hypothesise, conduct user research/ usability study to validate your hypothesis

- You will create relevant workflows and write clear product specs, manage and champion your product roadmap for achieving product and business objectives

- Defining key success metrics for projects, initiatives, and running A/B tests to test different hypothesis

- You will take ownership for user adoption/ GTM strategy for the solution built

- You will analyse user data and associate qualitative feedback, customer usage, to gauge the performance and build the solution iteratively

Requirements

- A Bachelor's / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering and/or management

- 1 year of mobile app based product management experience into B2C

- Has completed education from premier colleges

- Ability to work with people in varied roles and willingness to travel

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experienced in explaining concepts or ideas via simple and intuitive drawings/charts/mockups

- Ability to track metrics, and make data-driven decisions
