Key Constituents of the role will be: - Plan and Execute Marketing activities across States - Overseeing the offline marketing budget. - Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, Offline Initiatives & ATL/BTL Activities. - To Plan, develop and Drive Marketing, Advertising & Branding strategy in line with Business. - To design marketing communication, work closely with agencies & graphic designers. Requirements : - A minimum of 4-7 year experience in Rural Marketing/Sales - Strong Analytical skills - Should have excellent creative outlook - High on energy, go-getter & self-initiator. Skills:- Rural Marketing and Promotion, Brand Management, Execution, Marketing Management, Team Management, ATL and BTL, Offline-Marketing, Events Planning and Management. Preferences: E-commerce/Telecom/Startup/ FMCG with rural marketing experience. The Person: - Should be an MBA (Marketing) from one of the top Institutes. - Target age is in the 28 to 35 years. - Familiarity with digital media will be an added advantage. - Other attributes that are necessary are business understanding, number driven, strategic thinking, innovation, and excellent people skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
