Role Overview:

The Marketing Head is tasked with creating high-value communication strategies targeted at our key markets, ultimately driving the sale of our services and products. This individual plays a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, crafting irresistible user experiences, and developing effective brand communication initiatives.

Education & Experience:

Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in B2C marketing, with prior exposure to B2B marketing, considered a significant advantage.

Educational Qualification: MBA from a prestigious institution.

Skill Set: The ideal candidate should possess strong technical acumen, be data-driven, and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing online marketing tools.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

a) Create a Marketing Plan: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.

b) Creating Marketing Collaterals: Conceptualize and produce compelling marketing materials to effectively communicate brand value propositions.

c) Effective Brand Communication: Establish and maintain consistent and impactful brand messaging across various channels.

d) PR Strategy & Influencer Management: Formulate strategic PR initiatives and manage relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

e) Optimize Customer Lifecycle: Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and maximize customer lifetime value.

f) Onboarding Vendors and Agencies: Facilitate the onboarding process for external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.

g) Report Generation: Analyze marketing data to generate actionable insights and produce comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

h) Create Effective Employee Communication: Develop internal communication strategies to align employees with marketing objectives and foster a cohesive organizational culture.

i) Creating a B2B Market Plan: Devise specialized marketing plans targeting B2B clients to expand market reach and drive business growth.

Collaboration & Opportunities:

Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on collaborative opportunities, fostering strong channel partner associations for mutual benefit and sustained growth.
