We are an ag-tech company developing app-controlled indoor hydroponics gardens with conversational AI and advanced IOT technology. We are looking for CTO profile, to join our founding team.

What we're looking for:

- A strong background in Data Structures, Algorithms, Analysis of algorithm complexity and efficient implementation of complex algorithms. Good understanding of analytical & statistical concepts.

- Ability to govern Agile projects with sprint planning and execution.

- Experience/ Knowledge of Python, C#, C/C++, Javascript and/or Java, Node.js, TypeScript, React-Native, MongoDB, MySQL, Heroku, Ngrok, Circle CI, CloudFlare, BitBucket, Github. AWS services - S3, EC2, CodeDeploy, RDS, cc3200, photon, rapid prototyping.

- A strong background in Data Structures, Algorithms, Analysis of algorithm complexity and efficient implementation of complex algorithms. Good understanding of analytical & statistical concepts.

- Lead and Hire Team of Software Engineers, Cloud engineers, Embedded systems engineers, and Mobile app developers.

- Interest in or exposure to machine learning concepts as well as data analysis skills.

- Experience with software development tools such as source control systems, automated build systems, compilers, software validation systems, test harnesses, continuous integration & deployment. Must have strong debugging skills

- Ability to lead the sales/ business development

- Interest in hydroponic technology

- Prior experience in startups is a plus.
