Agrizy is a B2B full-stack platform redefining the Agri-processing industry. It connects the fragmented Agri Suppliers and the Agri Processing Units (APUs) across the country. Agri Processing is a large (~300 Bn USD) and growing (CAGR ~10%) market opportunity but the structure of the industry and the intermediate supply chain remains largely unorganized. Agrizy aims to solve the major challenges that the Agri processing (food and non-food) industry in India faces.

With technology at its core, Agrizy focuses on not only the efficient discovery of suppliers and buyers but also on the end-to-end fulfilment of the processed Agri products supply chain. Typical suppliers on the Agrizy platform are farmers, FPOs, village-level aggregators, traders, and primary processors supplying Agri products for processing.

Head Of Finance:

Job Description:

We are looking at the Head of Finance and Accounts working closely with CEO and will be responsible for compliance of the Company's financial and fiscal policies, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting and Budgeting efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The position will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, Controller activities, Investor Management and Fundraising.

- He/she will be working closely with the director to provide vision and leadership for all aspects of the finance function including the Company's financing arrangements.

- Ensure books of accounts of the company are always correct and up to date.

- Standardizing compliance policies and procedures across the group

- Regularly reviewing business-wise cash flow and monitoring the deviations (incl. debtor collections, vendor payments, funding, etc.)

- Taking care of due diligence and fundraise activities.

- Develop and manage all the internal as well as external reporting including investor reporting, management reporting, and statutory reporting

- Monitor and maintain all periodic financial reports & MIS

- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

- Conducting Internal Audit

- Supervising Statutory Audit

- Ensure compliance with internal control systems and statutory financial regulations

Requirements and Skills:

- Be a qualified CA with 10 - 14 years, preferably from B2B growth start-up

- Experience with financial management software systems

- Fund Raise/Due Diligence Exposure

- Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGood to have attributes

- Ability to deal with ambiguity

- Agility to manage fast paced growth

- Straddle multiple projects simultaneously
