Our Founders are IIT/ IIM graduates and ex-entrepreneurs (with successful exits) and we have also built one of the best start-up teams, with senior executives from Tier-1 education institutes, e-commerce companies such as Amazon, Hopscotch, Policy Bazaar, etc. and experienced industry professionals from the agriculture sector About The Role: - Build an engaging product for B2B customers across India and products for the internal team for business efficiency. - Understand business requirements and translate them into tech spec and charting out product path. - Look at the data and help with data-backed decisions and designing logic for the Tech team. - Writing down test cases, building them with the developer, solving the edge cases, and testing for bugs. - Working in Loops - Plan, Implement, Release, Feedback, Iterate. - Ability to work and communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment with marketing, engineering, operations, etc. - Knowledge and experience with B2B application products, technologies, and architecture. - Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on both quantitative data and qualitative insights. - Experience working with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, Leadsquared, etc. Experience in Zoho is preferred. - Excellent communication skills including presentation, written, verbal, and email.
