We are looking for a HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department who are familiar with the startup culture. - Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment. - Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations, payrolls etc. - Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise. - Discuss employees career development paths with managers. - Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire) - Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. - Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software. - Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360- evaluations) - Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues. - Manage employees grievances. - Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. - Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations Job specification: - Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role - Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS). - Experience with full-cycle recruiting - Good Knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) - Excellent communication abilities. - Demonstrable Leadership skills. - Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
