Location- Gurgaon & Chandigarh (with required travel to the offices in the regions to ensure deliverables) Experience- 8+ Years Specific Responsibilities - To lay down overall PMS Framework, Formats, Performance Metrics and implementing the same - To execute the performance review exercise monthly and annually - To share quarterly and annual analysis on PMS with Business stakeholders/ HOD's. - Identify High Potential employees, work on their career paths - Identify Low performers, keep on performance management/ separate - Conduct training for managers on "How to Conduct Performance Appraisal" and ensure performance feedback is given to all employees - Employee development initiatives - Review and Refresh HR Policies, create new policies from time to time - Initiatives regarding rewards and recognition - Monthly MIS regarding PMS - To automize the PMS process - Employee engagement initiatives - Further responsibilities as per the requirements of the organisation.
