Lead - Customer Acquisition - Immediate Joiner - Chandigarh
We're looking to hire a Customer Acquisition Manager to lead our subscriber acquisition marketing strategy, tactics, planning and execution. He/she should be highly analytical, data driven and will seek to improve upon our key KPIs by acquiring the right type of customer.
-100% achievement of Sales MRR targets
- Generating Sales leads via cold calls, tele-calling and partners
- Product demonstration based on the customer segments
- Capability to connect product value proposition with customer requirements
- Daily reporting on Sales tools
- Role and Responsibilities include:
- Aggressive mind-set to hunt and onboard new accounts
- Communication and presentation skills to pitch the value proposition depending on the category of accounts
- Prospecting skills to identify the need and customise the sales pitch accordingly
- Negotiation skills to close at a higher platform fee per connection and extract higher billing value
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Math or a related analytical field
- 4+ years of customer acquisition in a B2B / direct response environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (and proficiency in SQL highly desired)
- Expertise in B2B SAAS operations and digital business strategy agency background or experience working with digital media agencies
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills with individuals at both peer and management levels
