Exp range : 11 yrs to 15 yrs

Reports to : Head - SFG (DGM)

Positions Reporting to Role : Sub group head/other team members (CM I, MMII, MMI)

Note : Preferably Women Candidates Required

Job Role and Responsibilities :

- Drive the structured origination mandate for the CBG - North, Bengaluru and Hyderabad portfolio in collaboration with the corporate banking teams

- Determine clients' needs and devise financial solutions to meet their structured financing requirements across the entire suite of structured finance products

- Maintain effective client relationships at senior levels to originate business

- Add value to the client and stay ahead of competition by early identification of opportunities, structuring and implementing innovative deals

- Drive and direct the team members to strive for deal growth and income generation

- Work closely and effectively with the corporate banking teams, domestic/international syndication teams in order to maximize structured deal origination and closure

Deliverables :

- Achieve deal volumes and fee income

- Maintain market intelligence on deal trends and leverage it to implement ideas across client requirements

Skills and Competencies :

- Good analytical skills, client interaction and negotiation skills

- Ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and in the outside environment

- Strong relationship management skills and good credit knowledge (including study of financial statements) for deal structuring

- To be updated constantly on relevant regulations, laws including but not limited to RBI regulations, SEBI regulations, Companies Act etc.

- Ability to use data and logic to convince others, to articulate with conviction, ability to effectively communicate in order to influence
