AGM - Transactions - Industrial/Warehouse & Supply Chain

Be responsible for key accounts, managing the client(s) Industrial Lands, warehouses, factories, supply depot portfolio in South Asia and the overall relationship. The Resource will be dedicated to the client(s) Supply Chain functions.

The Resource will be the primary point of contact for the client and will drive holistic engagement and all levels of communication in all matters pertaining to Supply Chain.

- Primary role will involve engaging with key stakeholders and getting internal approvals, agreement renewals, registration, extension, termination for Lease/sale/sale & lease back of Industrial lands, warehouses, factory and supply depots.

- Defining the requirements, lease negotiations (business and legal terms), on-site surveys, comparative financial analysis of lease transaction, and project management to affect the end result

- Set and lead transaction strategy with supply chain key stakeholders, determine options and manage the transaction keeping project on critical path/completing financial and qualitative analysis of options, portfolio analytics and opportunity assessments

- Prepare the property brief for execution and approval by client including a conceptual business case

- Timely completion of new lease transactions including renewals, expansions, terminations, and reconfiguration of existing warehouse space.

- Together with client develop an in advance outline strategy for each Lease renewal/extension/amendment e.g. timing of landlord/tenant contact, market conditions, market comparable, and open market rental figure.

- Oversee the development of proposals, bids, quotation, RFP responses relating to land acquisition.

- Landlord relations, negotiation and contractor management, including escalation of any issues beyond regular daily activity

- Monitor upcoming critical dates and identify opportunities (savings or cash) across portfolio

- Monitor critical dates to identify opportunity (expiration, market opportunity, rent review) and inform stake holders

- Update and manage the lease database to ensure accuracy of the information being maintained.
