AGM - Training - Domestic Telecom Process

Please Note: Should be willing to travel at-least 10-12 days/month across all centers (Pan India).

We are looking AGM -Training for world's leading service and outsourcing UK Based company at Mumbai.

Information :

Location : Goregaon (Nesco).

Domain : Domestic Telecom

CTC : As per the Industry

Education : Graduate,

Working Hours : Regular, 5 days working

Experience : 8+ years of experience, with about 5 to 7 years of experience in the delivery of training programs. Should have extensive exposure into Telecom Domain (Non IT).

Job Purpose

Should have prior experience in leading training function/ managing Service Partner training for large processes.(1500+ ). Should be willing to travel at-least 10-12 days/month across all centers .(Pan India).

Main Responsibilities :

- Training Need Analysis & Planning.

- Content Development.

- Training Delivery & Facilitation.

- Training Partner Management.

- Post Training Effectiveness Evaluation.

- Design, development and delivery of product training programs to new joiners and junior executives.

- Should connect with all the stakeholders, especially Business Head, Line Managers and others to identify the training needs.

- Prepare calendar for conducting training programs.

- Managing costs to be within budget; effective and efficient utilization of all resources.

- Training initiatives to bring cost/ TAT reduction.

- Work experience into BPO/ITES is mandatory.
