Urgent hiring for AGM Trade Finance (Working Capital & Export) for Leading Shared Services Company @ Mumbai. Must have experience in on roll team handling with SAP. Must be well aware of Proficiency in Foreign Exchange Management, Trade Finance Operations, Hedging, Transaction Banking Operations, and executing Treasury Transactions for exports. Proficiency in concepts of Exchange Control / UCPDC / FEMA Regulations

Experience in monitoring the issuance of all types of Letters of Credit, Guarantees, LC Confirmations, Transfer of LCs.

Experience - 15 Years - 25 Years (Age - 38 - 50 Years). 

Qualification - MBA/ CS/ CA/ CFA/ICWA. 

Please find below the job description - 

- Managing Banking Relationship Liaise and co-ordinate with bankers for utilization of working capital and other facilities and documentation for borrowing facilities.

- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems, and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and service levels of the team.

- Monitor team performance and report SLAs and KPIs in the area of operations

- Actively engage with team leads & key managers to ensure customer satisfaction & address their pain points

- Represent the process in company and governance meetings and with business verticals.

- Develop and maintain customer relationships with vertical CFOs and key Managers.

- Manage escalated issues and provide final approval within the team

- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all items processed in the system

- Ensure effective people management and development, including staffing & selection, integration of new staff to teams, facilitating technical/ functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback and managing people issues

- Carry out periodical performance reviews of team members and address nonperformance issues

- Ensure adherence to all statutory and legal requirements and keep updated with the latest developments
