Its corporate office requirement and looking for

- Both direct and indirect taxation; litigation and compliance

- Working as resource for advice and resolutions (Expert Advice).

- Responsible for the overall Taxation function (Direct and Indirect)

- To keep the organization aware of the implications of various direct and indirect tax laws on business decisions.

- Resolve tax matters expeditiously whenever need arises.

- Tax Planning for company and its subsidiaries

- Develop the tax strategy, optimize tax liabilities at the Organization level, build and deploy an efficient tax planning, monitor, and improve the efficiencies continuously.

- Deeper understanding of Taxability under HAM projects (GST). Handle engagements related to GST and other Indirect Tax Laws, Appeals, Tax Restructuring, Tax Advisory and consulting pertaining to GST.

- Dealing with tax authorities

- Internal coordination.
