AGM - Taxation - CA - BPO

We are looking AGM - Taxation for world's leading service and outsourcing UK Based company based at Gurgaon .

Please note, We will be giving preference to candidates from BIG 4 / Well known ITes BPO.

Information :

CTC : Standard Hike on Existing

Ed Qualification : CA

Experience: 5+ years POST Qualification exp, Candidate should be a vintage Manager / AM / DM

Industry : BPO

Shift : 11 am - 8 pm, 5 days week

Responsibilities:

- Manage all periodic TDS & Service tax compliances and respond to queries raised by the tax departments as well as other stakeholders

- Computation and payment of advance tax when due and filing of accurate corporate tax returns.

- Tax accounting, reconciliations and monthly Dash Board and Group tax Reporting.

- Manage all FDI/ ODI related compliances of the company and interact with the Authorised Dealers, Consultants and RBI for this purpose, as may be required.

- Manage all statutory/ tax audits and audits undertaken by Tax Departments. Manage all tax assessments of the company

- Represent the company for all appeals at the first appellate level and work with the consultants for suitable representation of the company at higher appellate forums

- Promptly Identify areas of process improvements and potential gaps and implement the same. Contribute to consistent implementation of the Company's policies, standards and procedures.

- Manage a team of tax experts and interact with external experts and tax/ regulatory authorities at various layers of hierarchy, as may be relevant.

- Assist in providing timely and reliable advice to the business on all organic and inorganic opportunities.

- Consult the reporting manager and take necessary approvals on all material matters or decision points arising from the above.
