Job Description
Role - Handling Entire Talent Management & Organization Development
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership Development
- Participate and assist in establishment of set of core leadership competencies required.
- Drive embedment of these through programming, communications and tools.
- Create lists of developmental actions aligned with each competency and generate content/programs/tools to support these actions such as self-study, online, internal courses, external courses, mentoring, coaching, and developmental assignments.
- Identify and partner with the best in class External faculty and partners to design and deliver world class learning content.
2. Organization Development and Training
- Conducting TNA (Training Need Analysis) based on
a) Performance evaluation (at the time of performance appraisal)
b) competency mapping (based on is participant competency evaluation and need assessment)
- Delivering stand up training in the areas of Induction, Product, Process, Sales (skills), Behavioral & Management development.
- Extensive exposure to working on customized Training / Development.
Desired Candidates
1. Preferably from Insurance/ Telecom/ Media/Hospitality/BFSI/Retail/FMCG/Consumer Durables Industry.
2. 10-15 years extensive experience in the People Development Functions.
3. Self Motivated with a Strategic bent of mind
4. Excellent Communication & interpersonal Skills in English & Hindi
5. Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver training and present to a senior audience.
6. Strong consulting and influencing skills
7. Ownership and execution along with a drive for quality and results
8. Ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
