AGM - Talent Management & Operations

1. Performance Management:

- Work closely with managers to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.

- Assist in resolving performance-related issues and provide coaching and guidance.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify potential future leaders and key talent within the organization.

- Develop and maintain a robust succession planning program.

- Implement leadership development initiatives to prepare employees for leadership roles.

3. Employee Engagement and Retention:

- Monitor employee engagement through surveys, feedback sessions, and data analysis.

- Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

- Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.

4. Talent Analytics:

- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs.

- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.

- Make data-driven recommendations for talent-related improvements and optimizations.

5. Talent Compliance and Diversity & Inclusion:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to talent management.

- Promote diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives within the organization.

- Create and support programs that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

6. Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent management team.

- Set clear objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
