We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record in technology hiring to join our dynamic team. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top technology professionals. With your extensive knowledge and expertise in technology recruitment, you will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a service-oriented mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the technology industry.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for positions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce planning.

2. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing the offer process.

3. Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performance and achievement of hiring goals.

4. Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their technology talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies accordingly.

5. Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.

6. Utilize innovative and creative sourcing methods to attract passive candidates and top talent in the technology industry.

7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, universities, and technology communities, to enhance the talent pool and strengthen the employer brand.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies and recommend improvements.

9. Implement and leverage appropriate recruitment tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.

10. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas of improvement, provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and drive data-driven decision-making.

11. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.


1. Master degree in Human Resources / Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology hiring and talent acquisition, with a strong focus on the IT industry.

3. Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring technology professionals across various roles and levels.

4. Deep understanding of technology industry trends, skill sets, and market dynamics.

5. Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

7. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract and engage top technology talent.

8. Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.

9. Ability to think strategically and drive organizational change and improvement.

10. Proficient in utilizing recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.

11. Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition.
