Mature professional with right attitude for welcoming talent, lot of initiative, capable of innovating wrt talent management etc
Passionate about recruitment, have no generalist ambitions, started career in consultancy & now in Corporate; role is 80% recruitment
MBA, 12-15 years of experience, 35-38 years of age
