Run recruitment campaigns at various locations which are time and quality bound

With deep interview techniques, capable of working independently & taking decisions, capable of closing offers for leadership hiring; bold personality who is capable of rejecting CVs

Manage stakeholders

Mature professional with right attitude for welcoming talent, lot of initiative, capable of innovating wrt talent management etc

Passionate about recruitment, have no generalist ambitions, started career in consultancy & now in Corporate; role is 80% recruitment

MBA, 12-15 years of experience, 35-38 years of age
