Most of our clients are leading MNCs and CMM level companies.   Currently we have been retained exclusively by one of the captive units of a leading Healthcare organization which is a leading provider of services and technology to healthcare providers to strengthen their financial stability and deliver better care at a more affordable cost to the communities they serve, increasing healthcare access for all.   Our client is a public company with approximately 2,800 employees, is a leading provider of revenue cycle services that helps healthcare providers achieve results through an integrated approach utilizing proprietary end-to-end revenue cycle management service offerings and physician advisory services.   We are seeking an experienced professional with specific expertise in managing talent acquisition for India Shared Service Centre based at Gurgaon.  Profile :  The AGM - Talent Acquisition at Accretive Health devises strategy and recruitment process, as well as actual execution of the sourcing or recruiting campaign. The person is involved not only in managing a team, but developing the corporate hiring policy for acquiring talent, bench-marking, talent assessment, and interviewing policies.  - Manage a team of 8-10 recruiters.  - Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting channel development, job orders tracking and delegation to team, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.   - Ensuring a robust manpower pipeline to take care of existing as well as expected vacancies   - Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.   - Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.   - Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within and outside the organization   - Participate in employment events, such as career fairs and develop college recruiting programs   - Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.   - Candidates should be open to work between 9 am to 9 pm for any 10 hours.  - Looking for people having experience in volume hiring for IT/ITES companies.  - Experience in hiring Senior level positions is required.
