- Candidate must be a full MBA in HR (Preferably from Premier B School) - Must have managed TA across the entire spectrum right from Campus Programs to Leadership Hiring and must have setup hiring process's & best practices including automation - Industry preferred would be Banking, Insurance, FMCG/FMCD, Telecom Job Description : - Drive the Talent Acquisition Program within the organisation covering Campus Programs to Leadership Hiring working closely with Business HR teams for meeting the fill-rates - Making selection through competency based interviews. - Work with external vendor partners for hiring needs where need be - Manage employee referral channels - Develop & improve existing technology platforms covering the entire hiring cycle - Ensure fill rates, TAT & Quality of hires - Drive Manpower Planning, Budgeting for Manpower, Maintain Cost of Hiring & develop Attrition forecasting models, Create Talent pipelines emerging as a result of succession plans & attrition forecasts Candidate Requirements : - Full time MBA in HR - Minimum 10 years of experience in HR of which past 3-5 years must have been in Leading TA for Business Unit/Vertical - Must have managed TA across the board right from running Campus Programs to hiring CXO's. - Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. - Ability to effectively manage communication and relationships - Ability to work independently, take on responsibility and be quick of foot in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. - Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal presentations that demonstrate business acumen - Ability to work effectively with and influence all levels of employees within the organization, including executive leadership
