Currently we have an excellent opportunity available for the post of AGM (SUPPLY CHAIN/PROCUREMENT) with the KPO division of one of the leading global integrated supply chain manager and processor of agricultural products across the globe
Key responsibilities
- To Set-up and lead shared services for Global procurement and SCM process
- Agrees on deliverables, budget, schedule, dependencies, service levels, operating metrics and scope for a Client Service/Service Delivery Team
- Assign resources and are ultimately accountable to ensure their team or extended team creates deliverables on budget, on schedule and with the appropriate quality
- Interface with Contract Service Management Leads, Project Managers and the Client Service/Service Delivery Team
- Retrieve metrics and deliver presentations
- Builds long term relationships with key stakeholders and build deep understanding of client's service delivery requirements
- Identify new outsource opportunities and assist or lead in identifying this new work
- Participate in management reviews of the operational performance (SLA/KPI reporting, etc)
- Understand the Client business practices, processes, and requirements for success
- Ensure good communication flow between client and delivery centre teams
- Monitor quality of deliverables
- Facilitate corrective actions, process changes and process improvement
