AGM - Supply Chain

Supply Chain Planning and S&OP:

- Provide vision and strategy to drive supply chain process, systems, tools, and metrics improvements across all divisions.

- Ensuring timely completion of monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations planning) processes across demand and supply planning

- Continuous improvement and enrichment of supply chain processes and introduction of industry best practices - segmentation, scientific norms, technology enablement / digitization etc.

- Continuous focus on cost management and streamlining processes for efficient utilization of resources.

- Abreast about the electronic industry and ability to do PEST analysis for inventory control, stocking strategies and risk management.

Sourcing and Procurement:

- Overall responsibility of Material Management, Procurement of all Materials for production programs and development projects, Vendor Development, Supply Chain Analysis, Inventory Control and Logistics Planning.

- Identify and lead cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives (industry cost benchmarking, alternate vendor development, value engineering etc.) across procurement spend base

- Responsible for setting logistics and reverse logistics processes with in-depth knowledge on IATA, Export regulations, Partner ecosystem.

- Responsible for supplier development and management programs with key focus on On-time delivery, Quality and Cost with extensive experience in Supplier Selection, Evaluation and Performance management

- Knowledge of Supply Chain Tools like SAP

- Ability to manage OEMs requirement and provide inputs for product enhancements.

New Product Launch

- Coordination with all required stakeholders and [providing adequate support to New Product Launch process from supply chain and procurement perspective

- Manage relationships with all required trade bodies and state regulatory departments

- Build strong connect with cross functional teams (like Manufacturing, QA/QC, Finance, Regulatory) for seamless planning and execution of supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement and distribution related activities as well as long term strategies and plans
