AGM /Sr. Manager Fulfillment - Bangalore Area

Looking for individuals with 6 - 10 yrs of experience into Finance & Fulfillment in E-Retail Ops.

Skills:

- Analysis, Excel Sheet, Mathematics, E-commerce Process, Order Life Cycle, CS process, BPO / KPO team Productivity Optimization

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily order processing, CS request resolution, follow up with vendor for order fulfillment

Performance KPIs:

- Order, fulfillment funnel time to resolution of customer support cost of order fulfillment logistic KPI's

Min. Qualification : MBA

Behavioural Capabilities : Team management, Process orientation

People from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ebay & other large Ecommerce companies would be preferred.
