Roll & Responsibilities -

Market Planning & Analysis

- Market segmentation, Opportunity Analysis, Competitive Analysis

- Conduct Market Research, understand industry expert behaviour, product/services composition, Conduct periodic analysis & optimize as needed

Position & Messaging

- Value proposition development

- Create high-impact internal & customer facing materials that clearly communicate the value and unique advantage of our services/solutions

- Enhance vertical-specific content & material to better reach target industries and partner specific materials

Go to Market

- Drive the promotions or branding ourselves to the industry experts via conferences, web cast, websites and direct mail.

- Arranging for meetings with the senior leadership to brief the industry experts about the services/solutions we can provide

Customer Relation

- Account based marketing

- Develop and manage customer marketing/reference material including case studies, customer videos and customer profiles

Market ROI

- Develop and track budgets

- Measure success of various marketing analysis and campaigns

- Drive brand growth and loyalty for number of solution marketing areas
