#Hiring a #AGM level #Analyst for #Leasing for a leading chain of Malls.
Position is based in Mumbai.
We are looking at candidates preferably from Tier 1 / 2 Colleges , with exposure in Big 4 / Consulting / Real Estate / Real Estate IT.
This position is responsible to lead a team of two to three people and handle research and intelligence, MIS and reporting, lease administration and new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities-
(A) Research and Intelligence
- Develop an in-depth understanding of retail and leasing business, competition and external market forces
- Analyze key business drivers and provide insights into the business which can help senior management in decision making
- Monitor and ensure key leasing deliverables and timelines for each mall / portfolio are on track and suggest course correction, if necessary
- Benchmark performance with competition, monitor micro and macro market rental trends and performance of retailers / listed REITs
(B) MIS and Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely generation of periodic MIS for management reporting, including preparation of dashboards for performance analysis
- Responsible for presenting leasing updates to the management team, reporting to board members, quarterly and annual reporting
- Manage, prepare, administer, and direct the control of budget. Monitor adherence to approved budgets
- Liaising with retailers and with various internal stakeholders like Design & Fit-out team, Legal, Marketing, Operations and Finance
- Co-ordinate for development of leasing layouts, updating various leasing related presentations etc.
(C) Lease Administration Processes and Systems
- Responsible for smooth functioning of the lease administration as per SOP including timely update of database, leasing processes, lease documents and execution, rent rolls, lease expiries among others
- Efficient day-to-day functioning of the current leasing software module and stabilization of the new module across portfolio malls - facilitate training of leasing team, report weekly/monthly progress among others
- Handling of internal and external audit of the leasing department
- Stabilizing leasing processes for mall(s) acquired in the future including due diligence of lease documents, rent rolls among others
(D) New Initiatives
- Lead initiatives in the areas of technology, intelligence, evaluation of new software that can enhance processes and deal making among others
