Skill sets Required: - 12+ years in Supply Chain management including planning, Scheduling and order management - Master Data Management, Customer, Material and Vendor Master data - Expertise in sales and pre-sales activities and delivery management - Hands on Experience in SAP, MS office tools and ERP - Good to have experience in Automation and RPA - Strong communication both written and oral - Should be able present the solutions to the customers - Problem resolution skills and Good Analytical skills - Positive attitude - Excellent people management experience Roles and Responsibilities: - Design Supply Chain Services across multiple customers - Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to develop compelling business cases for outsourcing. - Experience in Delivering or Selling Master Data Management services is important - Create responses for RFPs and creating winning theme for supply chain services - Create FTE estimation, transition plan and conduct due diligence for validating the solutions - Support in creation of SOW and contract negotiation. - Hand over to delivery and hand hold where required till the project is on steady state.
