Salary Range: 16 - 20 LPA

Mumbai Based, PAN India Role

- Enhance new and existing business development in all Regions

- Travelling and meetings, good public relations are essential

- Implement and Execute new Sales strategies successfully

- Ensure successful implementation of business plan

- Achieve Sales Targets within the specified timeframe

- Maintain efficient payment cycle to meet business requirement

- Monitor daily business activities

- Develop, Motivate and Train team

- Maintain & Facilitate team members for hassle free work

- Ensure smooth functioning, cordial team work and provide excellent customer service

- Provide feedback and communicate constantly with Regional managers to ensure productive, efficient sales and operations

- Get weekly / monthly report for individual sales and assist in growth of market

- Timely and accurately submit MIS, Sales reports to Senior

- Effectively manage customer delinquency by way of established debt collection procedures

- Constantly identify gaps and bridge those gaps to achieve business performance

- Reduce the expenses and operation cost

- Participate in relevant events and exhibition

- Always find new avenues to improve business bottom line

- Track competitors- activities and action plans

- Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

- Nurture and enhance RAJ GROUPS positive image and relationship with customer's senior purchaser's and the public relations.

Role

- Work closely with all India team and top customers of Transformer Oil Private/ OEM/ Utilities / Govt. Agencies to fortify their trust in our product brand, build durable relationship. Set new targets for customer satisfaction.

- Work as a Leader and guide sales team in the assigned territory, providing motivation

- Work as a member of the company's B2B Sales Team, providing frequent inputs about strategic issues and operational problems.

- Identify and develop opportunities in new market and monitor the business performance.

Education Qualification and Experience.

- Candidate should be BE with good academic track record. Having MBA degree from reputed institute an added advantage

- 12-15 years experience in Chemical/Petrochemical industry in B2B segment but not necessary
