AGM - Sales HR Business Partner - FMCG/Retail

THE ROLE BRIEF :

Job Role :

- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

- The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

- The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

- Reports to: GM HR

- Reportees: None (It's an IC role)

QUALIFICATION :

- MBA HR, preferably Sales HR with 6-9 years' post qualification experience in FMCG/CD/Retail sales organization.

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS (Both essential & desirable):

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Good at coordination and multitasking

- Self-starter

- Good team player with business acumen and leadership skills
