Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Sales HR Specialist - B2C

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategic Sales HR Partnership:
- Lead the Sales HR function and act as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide guidance to the team of Sales HR Specialists in supporting B2C sales managers.
- Collaborate closely with sales leaders to address HR-related challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Sales Recruitment:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans for B2C sales positions, utilizing data analysis to optimize the hiring process.
- Source and attract top talent for B2C sales positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Onboarding and Training:
- Lead the onboarding process for new B2C sales hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Utilize MIS to track and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs.
- Oversee orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Work closely with B2C sales managers to design and implement ongoing training programs.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management processes for the B2C sales function.
- Use data analysis to assess and improve the performance of B2C sales team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of B2C sales team members, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of B2C sales incentive programs.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for B2C sales team members regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, or conflicts.
- Collaborate with the HR team to address and resolve employee relations matters in a timely and effective manner.
Data Analysis and MIS:
- Develop and maintain HR metrics related to B2C sales, such as turnover rates, time-to-fill, and training effectiveness.
- Utilize data analysis to provide insights into sales team performance and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for management on key HR performance indicators within the B2C segment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on B2C sales recruitment and support.
- Proven experience in leadership roles and overseeing HR functions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and MIS for HR functions.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic B2C sales environment.
