Require Assistant General Manager - Sales for Corporate Office, Bangalore.

Job description and skill set of the candidates is given below.

- Lead the team of ASMs PAN India to deliver the revenue target set by SER each year

- Identify all the ST/LT corporate clients to increase the business for SER

- Increase market presence of SER through a set of plans and actions

- Conduct key accounts/client review on a monthly basis

- Review key account performance

- Conduct ASM weekly/monthly status reviews

- Make regular visit to exisiting clients with ASMs

- Meet new/potential clients for both coporate and local business

- Management presentations and reporting

- Participate in reviews for business performance

- Create a strong sales force /Customer First culture

- Team building activities and training and mentoring

Skills and Competencies

- Graduate

- 15 years of experience

- Experience mandatory in hard freight (should have worked with competitors)

- Willing to participate in end to end cycle including cold calls.

- Experience in sales cycle /administration and people management.

- Aggressive, self starter, result oriented, good client reference, persistent extrovert, high on integrity

- Excellent communication in local language and good in English

- Good presentation skills

- Good relationship management skills

- Good interpersonal relationship working knowledge of e-mail and excel.
