Job Description
1. Plan and develop sales strategy on pan India level
2. Lead team and achieve the sales target for the year
3. Generate leads for new clients
4. Maintain excellent working relationships with existing clients and try to attain organic growth of the business.
5. Actively engage the internal departments of the organization to ensure smooth operations.
6. Maintain the minimum level of profitability at sites
7. Work towards customizing services according to clients needs
8. Adhere to compliances of the personnel, administrative and governmental nature.
9. Establish a brand image of PSIPL as one of the top player in the Facility Management and Pest Management sectors.
10. Maintain all records and MIS monthly and annually.
11. Do competitor research and study the market for scope of developments.
