Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Chemical / M.Sc. Chemical

- Business/ Account Development, Project Management, Consultative Sales, Market Research and Analysis, Business Strategy Planning, Product Positioning and Branding, Team Leadership, Distributor Network Management, Operations Management, Customer Development, Techno - Commercial Knowledge.

Job Role:

- Preparation of the Long Term and Short-Term Marketing plan for the division which includes, Business Development directives, Expense Budgeting, Review Meetings and Production Planning.

- Appointment of New Personnel & guiding the Existing Personnel to Achieve the Short and Long Term objectives.

- Sales Analysis & review on quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis and initiate corrective action wherever necessary.

- Monthly Performance review of Marketing Personnel and Distributors and subsequent trouble shooting for a soother function.

- Ensure that the necessary revenue and business growth is achieved by the Business Units as per the mutually discussed Plans.

- Plan and execute joint meetings with the concerned manager and their customers for Trouble Shooting and implementation of new Marketing strategies through customer feedback and demand placement.

- Identification of market trends, strategic relationships and pricing leadership through extensive research and analysis of IMPEX data.

- Mapping of competitor activities, lead generation, follow up on samples status, pricing benchmark and negotiation with purchase.

- Pending Stock Clearance and Delivery Order Statement Discussion, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Review meetings, Project Viability.

- Coordination across functions R&D, Production, Finance, Costing and Purchase for Customer Query and Trouble Shoot. Update & Standardize the Product quality, Marketing Manual and SOP's for ISO audit, Contract Agreements and Advert Design. Participation in Events &activities.
