Job Responsibilities:

- High preference will be given to Sales Professionals with REAL ESTATE experience in Delhi/NCR

- Sales Professionals in Direct Sales in Insurance, Financial Products with fully target based salaries may apply

- Execute sales strategy to achieve aggressive targets in a highly competitive environment

- Handle team of 2-5 Sales Managers and executives

- Take ownership of HNI/key customer accounts and build rapport with the customers

- Plan and strategize marketing activities with Director Sales

- Work as a professional interface between customer/team and Team Head

- Flair for selling and have pleasant communication skills over phone and in-person

- A self starter and quick thinker

- Manage Client Portfolio and ability to meet customer expectations at all times

- Requires Extensive travelling with-in Delhi/NCR

- Reporting in to Director Sales
