Overall responsibility for developing marketing strategies and plans to contribute to the malls rental and profit growth by developing differentiated marketing platforms for future growth and profitability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Giving strategic direction to the shopping malls division through consumer research, data analytics, macro market trends.
- Develop strong relationship with brand heads of main groups, key Brands and anchors to develop co branded marketing properties across shopping malls.
- Conduct periodic consumer research of our shopping malls and give direction to mall marketing teams.
- Identify and engage good data analytics company to provide intelligence for effective events and promotions.
- Give direction and implement digital marketing tools and programs across shopping malls.
- Centralise PR and ensure and facilitate PR for all shopping malls.
- Build a good network of media agencies and guide mall marketing to create effective monthly retainers.
- From time to time conduct catchment analysis for new sites and provide consumer inputs in site evaluation.
- Create properties across malls w.r.t. Loyalty programs, effective digital programs and keeping the shopping malls ahead in both marketing technology and tools.
- Identify new revenue streams through E Comm platform etc to keep shopping malls relevant in retail real estate business.

Qualification & experience:
- MBA with specialisation in Marketing.
Relevant experience in: Retail. Fashion. New Age Media House
