Justification for the position: R&D Person is required for the development of high end technology product in Electric Water Pump

Qualification:

M.Tech/B.Tech. in Electrical/Mechanical from a reputed college.

Experience - 15 - 20 years must from relevant Industries.

Age : 40 - 45 Years

Job Profile:

Detailed description of responsibilities

- Should have good knowledge of design of Electric Water Pumps for various applications and categories like Mini Monoblock pumps, Submersible pumps, EMBs domestic and Agri. Product range.

- Developing and establishing standards and methods for new product development testing, and evaluation.

- Good knowledge of New Product development procedure.

- Defining the complete Buyer specification, bench-marking and MOC validation to ensure standard quality across all products.

- To facilitate the management team on the design/ validate/ implement and monitor process standards in order to achieve standardization in manufacturing processes at Vendors.

- Failure analysis & Initiating Corrective Action for Components failed.

- Customer complaint resolution process. Acknowledge assign, and execute the complaint resolution process towards total delight of customer.
