AGM - Research & Development - Electric Motors - Manufacturing/Construction/Industrial Products

Position : R&D (Electric Motors)

Designation : Upto AGM Level

Experience : 12 - 15 Years.

Requirements :

- B.E (Electrical) from reputed university.

- Should have experience in Home Appliances.

- Should have in depth knowledge of product and processes/material.

Responsibilities :

- Experience in motor manufacturing design is mandatory.

- To visit manufacturing locations for product audit.

- To visit vendor locations for product audit.

- To visit dealers and distributors to analyze customer complaints.

- To work as a team player to reduce market complaints as well as in process rejection.

- To interact with various departments to proceed day today work.

- To participate in Quality circles for Quality improvement.

- Preparation of ISO document

- Good communication skill.

- Good Computer Skills

Job Requires Travelling : 7 - 10 days / months
