Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Perform as the top salesperson of corporate partnership assets - Identify business opportunities, lead generation and handle business presentations - Supervise departmental staff members towards reaching set goals in the interest of advancing the company's success and individual's career development. - Work with all stakeholders to set annual revenue and expense budgets, and ensure revenue goals are met and expenses are not exceeded. - Liaison with corporate team towards servicing, upselling and activating multi-track corporate partners. - Developing and cultivating a network of individuals and corporate who may be prospective customers or influencers. - Offering specific products and services from the portfolio of sporting events as and when such are released for selling by the company. - Converting the above prospects into successful sales and complete the transactions with ensuring payment collection. - Maintaining post sales liaison and relationships with the above network. - Manage the customer and prospect data base related to the above. - Keeping abreast of the company's services and offerings along with competitors- activities. - Keeping abreast of latest global trends in sports lifestyle. - Responsible for meeting the Revenue and Margin Targets for the Region. Requirements -&nbsp; - Bachelors' or Masters' degree in hospitality, advertising, marketing, sports or travel is preferred - A deep passion for sports is highly desired - Prior experience dealing with corporate, UHNI's, HNI's is a must - Experience in any of these industries travel, wealth management, e-commerce, m-commerce, luxury, entertainment, digital media, sports venues, recreational facility, airline or real estate - Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate new business. - Ability to convert inquiries into profitable sales and deliver against expectations of consistently high client satisfaction and promote repeat business.&nbsp; - Proactively pitch for new clients across India as well as outside. - Self starter and self motivated. - Excellent organisation skills, patience and empathy. - You may be currently at any level: Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Senior Account Manager, Corporate Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Director, Business Development Manager, Sales and Sponsorship Manager, Account Manager, etc.
