ROLE OVERVIEW

AGM – Talent Acquisition is a senior leadership role managing global responsibilities in the Recruitment function. The person will be responsible for managing staffing across service lines in India, US, UK, Middle East and other key global locations through a team of recruitment managers, and will also have direct responsibility for staffing of key executive level positions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare recruitment plans basis forecast and monitor staffing progress against plan

- Work with key Practice Heads and functional stakeholders to optimize recruitment cycle time, cost and quality of hire

- Engage candidate sourcing team for ideal source-mix

- Own staffing for critical ramp-ups

- Monitor “Recruitment Readiness” on an ongoing basis

- Manage a large recruitment team across locations

- Improve recruitment process and recruiter effectiveness

- Implement effective process to ensure best-in-class candidate experience

DESIRED PROFILE

- 10-15 years of overall experience, of which at least 5 years in leadership role in talent acquisition in a reputed corporate

- End to end experience of recruitment, sourcing and employee branding

- Experience of managing multi-location, multi-skill staffing

- Process oriented and ability to manage and influence stakeholder expectation

- Experience of recruitment in IT preferred

- Should be open to travel

- MBA from a reputed business school preferred
