Gurgaon- Travel, Retail, F&A focused  FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL:  - We need the people to be Black Belt trained at the minimum.  - Understanding of Quality fundamentals and practices to deliver on SLAs & KPIs - Accuracy, NPS, CSAT, Behaviour monitoring in the BPO/BPM environments  - Ability to provide and contribute to new business as a quality lead- Responding to RFPs, solution building, new revenue solutions  - Should be able to bring innovative ideas and deploy  - Work along-side operations maintaining transparency and independence  - Work to build and support automation of Quality function  - Able to work with clients and internal stakeholders with proactive engagement.  - Good assertive command over written and verbal communication.   - Ability to position aspects logically with data and scientifically to bring appropriate outcomes.   - Assesses and implement action plans to improve performance  - Reports weekly scores to clients for efficient Quality Assurance  - Supports transitions - Align team and self to understand processes being transitioned and begin transaction monitoring from day 1 of process going live  TEAM RELATED:  - Handles day-to-day issues pertaining to the QA team  - Reviews the weekly team performance & development  - Approves roster & leaves for the team  - Measures performance of the team through performance appraisals and ongoing feedback and training.  - Plans team targets.  - Schedules quality feedback sessions.  - Conduct Skip Level meets.  - Compliance to COPC & Conquest measures  - Drive Process improvement initiatives such as Aim, VAS etc  - Ensure adherence by Self and team on Information Security Policies and Procedures   - Report all security incidents.  - Ensure the audit non-compliances are fixed within the stipulated timelines.  - Protect confidentiality of process related information   - Follow the information labelling and handling procedures based on the classification level of the asset.  - Follow the Clear Screen and Clear Desk Policy.  - Adhere to the Internet Code of Conduct, email usage policy and customer information and data security policy.   - Comply with the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
