This opportunity is for an AGM profile with a leading Telecom Company for their Corporate Office in Mumbai.

Role purpose :
The purpose of the position is overall Product management for Web and/or Mobile app.
Key accountability and decision ownership :
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs/insights for the development of web and app
- Own the web/app Road map
- Interact with multiple stakeholders within the organisation to understand requirements and convert it into spec- ing documents.
- Develops the Production Roadmap, feature prioritization & release plan for Web/app
- Day to day interaction with managing multiple stakeholders in technology.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Excellent understanding of the Online/Digital marketplace: trend awareness; industry best practices; competitor analysis.
- Strong customer orientation and obsession with consumer/user journeys
- Capable of working in a matrix organisation and should be able to build relationships and credibility both internally and externally.
- Ability to align teams cross-market / function/agency partners/IT vendors without necessarily having direct management control
- Attention to detail
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 yrs experience in Online/Digital.
- Management of Web/app assets.
- Ability to join the dots - user feedback, analytics feedback, usability research to then make continuous improvement to the user journeys

- Measuring ROI and proving business benefit from capability or service change
Qualitative (non-financial) indicators :
- Commercial & operational targets for online and self-service domain- revenue, profitability, user experience quality measures, adoption of the products and services
- Leading virtual teams across online, UX, technology and delivery
- Developing a high performance team and culture
- Executing on delivering a world class Online and Self Service experience
- Always up-to-date content including a robust and updated product catalogue
