AGM - Product Management - CONSUMER DURABLE(launch/category) - Planning the product mix and mapping the needs of customer - Provide input based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impact key product metrics - Regular market visits to gauge trend basis discussion with retailers/distributors/consumers - Communicate product releases to key stakeholders and to channel partners - Coordination with multifunctional team to ensure timely and quality product launch - Ensure the timely launch of the product as per defined parameters - Develop and conceptualize new product launches with effective promotional schemes - Incorporate learning from after sales and market feedback for all future launches - Coordinate with marketing team for direct marketing (direct mail), event management and creative services such as print ads, collateral, - Manage and provide product content and flow of all outbound communications in coordination with marketing team including, web sites, newsletters, collateral, - Work closely with sales team to gather insights, to develop adhoc product campaigns, marketing and follow-up programs
