AGM - Product Design - Truck & Bus Radial Tyres

Objective of the position:

This position will be responsible for entire product life cycle management of TBR. To lead the development activities for high speed all steel product groups, which include segments like road transport, Industrial, mobile crane etc. Working closely with Product Managers, Product Industrialization teams, plant technical team, Costing and budgeting departments & internal Sales teams. This position will have close working relationship with YRC, Japan.

Key responsibilities & skills:

1. Responsible for end to end product design and performance

2. Review of Cavity. Layouts, Pattern and designs philosophy

3. Proficiency in CAD

4. Introduce new product design

5. Ensure design standards

Educational qualification & Experience:

1. Engineering graduate in Mechanical / Design

2. 10-15 years of experience all steel tire design of ROTR/TBR products

3. Design experience in products will be added advantage

4. Familiar with TBR process technology

5. Familiar with Various tire design standards and regulatory requirements.
