AGM - Process Design - Retail/CPG (12-24 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead or execute business consulting projects
- Conduct discovery or design thinking workshops, capture & document business processes using BPM tools
- Collect information of the client's business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, process mining, etc.)
- Benchmark process maturity
- Identify improvement opportunities & provide a transformation roadmap using appropriate solution levers
- Support pre-sales activities and integrate the BPM consulting methodology in RFX responses
Skillset Required:
- Professional qualification ( MBA / Engineer / MCA, etc.) ; can be waived for exceptional candidates with strong domain experience
- Good understanding and knowledge of Retail & CPG processes, Working knowledge of Physical & Online Stores, Digital Content Management, Sales & Distribution Channels, Social Media Marketing, etc. will be preferred
- Deep industry knowledge: Experience in hands on consulting in the Retail domain and / or experience in working in such organizations in India / abroad
- Articulation of business value generated by the project, identifying key business metrics, comparing with baseline, creating success stories, etc.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Hands on knowledge of at least one process improvement methodology such as Lean / Six Sigma, etc.
- Good functional knowledge of IT applications/Robotic Automation tools and experience in process mapping / modelling using BPMN notations in any BPM tools (e.g. ARIS, Signavio, IBM Blueworks, Metastorm Provision, MS Visio, etc.) will be an added advantage
