- Identifying, Technical Evaluation of Cost Reduction opportunities. Drive to implement the same.   - Train shift personnel on HYCO process and improve their understanding of plant operations   - Lead Commissioning and Start up activities at new onsites. Smooth transition to operating personnel.   - Collaborate with Engineering and Business functions for new projects  - Drive culture of Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies. Support locations in meeting targets and support them in using various analysis tools. Monitor performance of Green belts   - Develop new process engg in analysis facility performance  - Review facility performance on a monthly basis along with team, develop action plan, conduct meetings with sites to execute or implement the change.  - Develop dashboards which will be updated on a regular basis, useful for plant management and Senior management to review the performance.  - Review with Senior Management on Operations Performance and Financial  - Day to Day trouble shooting of plant issues and support facilities in compliance to preventive actions.   - Drive Process Safety Management across locations and lead in implementation of the same  - Carry out Process Safety Assessments.   - Ensuring Compliance to Global Alerts.  - Develop Training modules for process  - Develop teams capability to gear up for new technology, analyze process issues and recommend solutions.
