We need a strong candidate good in HR compliance, can individually take decisions to run the plant
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible, accountable for entire HR, Administration functions of the plant
- Responsible for Recruitment, Selection and Manpower planning and Budgeting
- Responsible Induction Programs and joining formalities of new recruits
- Responsible for ensuring legal and Statutory compliance and Licenses in respect of HR & Administration of the Plant
- Responsible for Industrial Relation and Employee Relation functions
- Responsible for employees performance management system , review, execute and follow the guidelines
- Responsible for overall Contract Labour Management (Technical Staff, Housekeeping, Gardening, Production helper and other contract Labour) and its compliance.
- Responsible and accountable for the payments related to HR and Administration
- Responsible for the Employee and Visitors Transport Management
- Responsible for employee Canteen Management and its administration activities
- Responsible for implementation of corporate and unit HR & Administration policies for the employees
- Responsible to ensure the safety and welfare facilities / benefits as per the company policy and applicable act and regulations as well.
- Responsible for implementation of Training programs as per the management requirement in related to HR and Admin
- Responsible for ensuring and implementation of all SOP's related to HR and Administration
- Responsible and implementation of Employee Engagement activities at plant level
- Responsible for employee communication time to time (Notices, Circular and Internal communications)
- Responsible to conduct the Pre - employment and Annual medical examination for the employees
- To ensure the time office activities , Attendance, Payroll , Salary inputs and leave management system
- Responsible for Guest relation activities, front office and Guesthouse management
- Responsible employee Exit formalities and Full and Final settlement
- Responsible for the liasoning activities with local Govt. authorities (Factories Inspectors , Labour Department, ESIC, PT, Emp. Exchange, Labour Welfare Fund , Grampanchayath, Police Authorities, Local legislative & Local body communication) and statutory compliance.
- Responsible for establishing good rapport with the local authorities and ensure no issues
- Responsible to maintain the employee friendly atmosphere at the plant level among the employees
- Responsible for initiate and implement the disciplinary actions as per the company norms and guidelines
- Responsible for Employees Grievances and re-addressal
- Ensure the Linen and Footwear and PPE management and strict implementation as per GMP guidelines
- Ensure the Plant Housekeeping activities and its implementation and monitoring
- Co-ordinating and supporting for the various plant activities with the cross functional team during Audits, Visits, Project activities and any other issues
- Responsible for any other job assigned by the Management
