AGM - Planning & Engineering - IIT/IIM/ISB/FMS/NIT/BITS

Roles & Responsibilities

AGM -Planning & Engineering will report to Head-Planning & Engineering , and would manage multiple verticals within team .

Key focus areas within the role-

1. Devise Supply Chain strategy around placement, size and role of facilities

2. Prepare short &long term investment plan for Automation systems

3. Oversee Network design -ensure best in class transit times

4. Conceptualize new products and processes and work with IT to develop & implement systems on ground

5. Manage end to end projects -encompassing facility shortlist, design, implementation on ground

Qualifications - Broad skillset: Project Management, Problem solving skills, Design thinking, Team Management

Educational Qualification :

- MBA & Engineering Degree from Tier-1 Institutes [IIT/IIM/ISB/FMS/NIT/BITS]

Experience requirement:

- 3-5 years' relevant work experience in Project Management, Supply Chain design,

- Process Engineering, 5S/TQM Implementation -preferably in a Logistics or

- Ecommerce setup or substantial Consulting Experience in Ecommerce industry

- Hands on experience of process study, improvement & Solution design

- Tool knowledge (mandatory): MS Office tools [Excel, Word, Power point]

Tool knowledge (highly desired): MS Project, R, SQL
