Our Client is the largest NBFC-MFI based out of East India with AUM ~Rs.800 Cr., operations spread across 7 states and close to 250 branches). Our Client is looking for an AGM - Partnerships/Account Management/Vendor Management/B2B/Cross Sell (Financial and Non Financial)

- With a view to deepen the engagement with its existing client base, besides core lending products, Company is offering financial (e.g. general insurance, term life insurance and micro-pensions) and non-financial (like solar lanterns) products. This requires partnership building and management with a number of institutions in both financial space and product space. Going ahead, Company is exploring opportunities to offer an even wider range of products to its customer base.

- For this important role and we are looking for a person with experience in forging partnerships in B2B space, vendor management and ability to drive the sale of cross-sale products. The details are given below.

Key Responsibility :

Cross-sell (CS) Strategy Implementation :

- Implementation of CS Strategic plan across 8 regions

- Vendor Sourcing- identification, selection & on-boarding

- Piloting the Cross-sell product across regions

- Region/Zone wise tracking of achievement vs. Plan for each cross-sell across RO/ZO

- Proposing measures that enable the fast-tracking of the cross-sell numbers

CS Vendor management :

- Vendor Management & Engagement - R&R, training, marketing, liaison

- Managing Internal system- stock tracker, MIS, Claim settlements for Insurance products, supply chain & reconciliation and inventory management for cross-sell products

Qualification : Post Graduate, preferably an MBA from a reputed institution

Experience

- 6-8 years, preferably knowledge of the BoP market, experience of micro-finance operations (preferably in the East)

Key Competencies & Skills required for the job :

- B2B partnership management, strategy implementation, high quality communication (both written and verbal), and troubleshooting

- Negotiation skills with vendors and potential partners
